Shipping is FREE and all orders are covered by FREE insurance.

DOMESTIC

• WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING & INSURANCE WITHIN AUSTRALIA!

• We currently only post to the credit card holder – ID and signature are required on receipt

• Orders will be dispatched within three business days subject to bank deposit funds being cleared, unless alterations to the item are required

• Online tracking is available on all parcels

We ship to Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom and the United States of America. If you live outside of these countries you must contact us prior to purchasing to insure we are able to deliver to your area.

INTERNATIONAL

• WE OFFER FREESHIPPING & INSURANCE on items over AUD$10,000
• For items under AUD$10,000, please contact The French Jewel Box to discuss

• International and local items are shipped complimentary via Australia Post with tracking and insurance, which will require a signature and ID on receipt of goods. For discretionary reasons the parcels have no reference to The French Jewel Box. For alternate delivery options please contact us.
